Three points affecting high temperature dyeing machine
Feb 05, 2022
The first is temperature. Temperature is critical for high-temperature dyeing machines. Increasing the temperature can effectively increase the dye uptake rate of the entire disperse dyes. However, if the temperature is higher than 130 degrees Celsius, many The change in dye uptake of the disperse dyes is no longer obvious, so if the temperature is too high, the polyester ester bond will be hydrolyzed, which will cause a significant decrease in the strength and elasticity of the fiber, and the shade will be relatively poor. Therefore, under normal circumstances, the high-temperature dyeing temperature must not exceed 145 degrees, and the normal temperature should be kept between 125-130. If you dye in this temperature range, not only the amount of color will be more High, the effect of the entire level dyeing is also the best. In order to allow the fuel to be evenly absorbed by the polyester, we should strictly control the rate of heating. When the temperature reaches the specified temperature, a period of heat preservation and dyeing should be carried out to ensure The dye can be fully penetrated or diffused. The normal heat preservation dyeing time is between 30-60 minutes. If you want a light color effect, the time can be slightly shorter. If the dyeing is darker, then the time is relatively short. It should be longer. After the entire dyeing is finished, the temperature should not be cooled too quickly, otherwise there will be creases or affect the feel and other effects.
The second is the application of auxiliaries. At the same time, when dyeing at high pressure and high temperature, in order to ensure that the dye can be stably dispersed in the dye bath, and if we want to obtain a better leveling effect, we can use the appropriate dye in the dye bath. Add levelling agent or dispersant and other additives.
