If you dye in this temperature range, not only the color yield will be reduced It is relatively high, and the effect of level dyeing is also the best. In order to allow the fuel to be evenly absorbed by the polyester, we should strictly control the heating rate. When the temperature reaches the specified temperature, it should be dyed for a period of time. Ensure that the dye can fully penetrate or diffuse. The normal heat preservation dyeing time is between 30-60 minutes. If you want a light color effect, then the time can be slightly shorter. If the dyeing is deeper, then the time is relatively speaking. It should be longer. After the whole dyeing is finished, the cooling process should not be carried out too quickly, otherwise there will be creases or affect the hand feeling and other effects.
The second is the application of auxiliaries. At the same time, when dyeing under high pressure and high temperature, in order to ensure that the dyes can be stably dispersed in the dyeing bath, and if we want to obtain a better leveling effect, we can properly add them in the dyeing bath. Add additives such as leveling agent or dispersant.
Finally, there is the pH value. Many dispersed dyes will not undergo any hydrolysis under high temperature and alkaline conditions. Therefore, in the high-pressure and high-temperature dyeing bath control, the effect should be guaranteed under acidic conditions.
