1. Daily maintenance
Cleaning equipment:

Check parts:

Check whether the pressure of the squeeze roller is uniform to ensure that the fabric can remove excess dye when passing through the squeeze roller, and will not be damaged by excessive squeezing. The pressure can be controlled by adjusting the pressure regulating device of the squeeze roller.
Check whether the tension of the belt, chain or gear of the transmission system is appropriate. Too loose or too tight transmission parts will affect the normal operation of the equipment and even cause failures. Check the various components of the electrical system, including motors, controllers, sensors, etc., to ensure their normal operation. Check whether the motor runs smoothly and whether there is any abnormal noise or heating. If the motor fails, it should be repaired or replaced in time.
Record operating data:

2. Weekly maintenance
Deep cleaning equipment:

For the electrical system of the equipment, use compressed air or a vacuum cleaner to remove dust and debris in the electrical cabinet. At the same time, check whether the connection of wires and cables is loose or damaged.
Lubrication parts:
Lubricate the various moving parts of the high-temperature dyeing machine, such as the guide roller bearing, squeeze roller bearing, gears and chains of the transmission system, etc. Use appropriate lubricants and lubricate according to the lubrication requirements of the equipment to ensure the normal operation of the parts.

5. Annual maintenance
