What are the methods of cleaning the high temperature dyeing machine?

Long-term use of high-temperature dyeing machine will cause dirt to deposit on the inner wall of the tank. Especially in the printing and dyeing industry, where the control of sewage discharge is usually concerned, many printing and dyeing factories manufacture dyes, oligomers, grease and fiber fragments to save water. A large amount of other material was deposited on the bottom of the tank. The result is a slightly elevated and cooled dye vat, and flying spots appear during the dyeing process. In severe cases, the dyeing equipment will be blocked and the dyeing temperature will not rise. The main components of the sediment in the pool are also different, mainly dust, grease, agglomerated dyes, dispersants, oligomers, calcium salts, etc. The high temperature and high pressure dyeing machine is cleaned in different ways according to different components.

1. To remove oligomers, clean the tank frequently with NaOH or acidic sulfite cleaners. Adding a high temperature resistant dispersant can inhibit the precipitation of oligomers, while rapid cooling and high temperature drainage can prevent the deposition and cohesion of oligomers.

2. To remove alkali scale, calcium salt and fiber debris can be cleaned with hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid. Works well, but has a big impact on stainless steel (corrosion resistant stainless steel is usually used for the inside walls of stain tanks).

3. The high temperature and high pressure overflow dyeing machine can reduce and clean the condensed dye, tar and grease with sulfuric acid powder, liquid caustic soda and emulsifier through traditional storage tank preservation technology.

According to the process requirements, the general high-temperature dyeing machine needs to be fully washed in the dyeing machine after the dyeing work, so as to remove the floating color and added dyeing agent during the dyeing process. Due to design flaws of common dyeing machines, this leads to problems such as high water consumption and high washing power. Because ordinary high-temperature dyeing machines are simple in design and do not have efficient washing structures and energy-saving structures, they greatly reduce the efficiency of washing work. A high temperature dyeing machine is actually used.
