4. When heating water with steam, do not rush to open the control valve, and cover the cylinder head to prevent the operator from scalding by the overflow of boiling water;

5. When hanging dyeing, no part of the operator's body can be directly inserted under the hanger to prevent the hanger from falling off during the work process and causing injury to the personnel;

6. If it is to operate the steamer, it must be done by specialized personnel, such as the operator who obtains the special equipment operation license, and operate according to the relevant operating regulations of the steamer;

7. When receiving auxiliaries and dyes, there should be a special person to receive them, and they need to receive them regularly and quantitatively. Avoid burns when putting them into the tank;

8. Ensure the smooth flow of fire protection in the work area, and there must be no blockage, and the ground in the work area should be cleaned regularly;

9. At the end of daily work, the dyeing agent should be cut off water, power and steam, and the equipment should be cleaned.
