1. When disassembling and assembling, care should be taken to avoid bumping and scratching the sealing surfaces of the dynamic, static rings and auxiliary sealing rings, and it is not allowed to use hand hammers and iron rods to strike.
2. If there are dirt deposits that cannot be disassembled, it should be cleaned first and then disassembled to avoid damage to the sealing element.
3. During the assembly process, the cleanliness requirements of the sealing cavity and the surface of the shaft sleeve must be maintained. If there is dust attached, use gasoline to clean it, and use clean soft gauze, tissue paper, absorbent cotton, etc. to scrub the dynamic and static ring sealing surfaces. Turbine oil or spindle oil can be applied to the sealing surface during assembly.
4. The spring compression of the mechanical seal must be properly adjusted, which is mainly guaranteed by assembly experience. When adjusting the spring compression, the fixing screws must be tightened and not loosened.
5. If the external sealing liquid is used, the pressure of the sealing liquid must be 0.5kg/cm2 higher than the pressure of the sealed medium. There is no strict requirement on the flow rate, only a loop is required to take away the excess heat in the sealed cavity as a limit.
