The high temperature dyeing machine mainly adopts the principle of aerodynamics, replaces the water circulation with air, and draws the fabric in the way of circular motion. Therefore, compared with the traditional dyeing machine, the dyeing bath ratio is effectively reduced, but in the high-temperature dyeing machine, the exchange of fabric and dye liquor can be divided into two types, the atomization of air flow and the penetration of air pressure.
First of all, the atomization of the airflow is mainly to pass the dye liquor through a special nozzle, and after atomization, it is dispersed in the entire airflow. The dyed fabrics are exchanged with each other by the atomized dye liquor airflow. The fabric is drawn and looped. During the whole exchange process, the atomized dye liquor not only has a large contact area with the fabric, but also has a relatively strong penetration force to the fibers in the fabric, which effectively accelerates the effect of the dye liquor on the fibers and accelerates the entire internal diffusion rate.
Second, the penetration of air pressure is completely different from the penetration of airflow. The high temperature dyeing machine also uses two nozzles, one is pure air flow and the other is liquid flow. Before dyeing the fabric, it needs to pass through the liquid flow, and then the nozzle is exchanged with the dye liquid, and then from the cloth lifting roller into the nozzle of the air flow. There is no traction on the fabric because the airflow will put pressure on the fabric to penetrate the dye liquor. At this time, the diffusion of the entire dye solution is appropriately accelerated.
