What should be paid attention to when using high temperature dyeing machine?

1. Preparation of dyeing liquid When preparing the dyeing liquid, first use a small amount of cold water to make the dye into a paste, and then dilute it with room temperature water. Note that the temperature of the diluting water should not be too high, higher than 60 degrees, and the disperse dyed quilt will be damaged. In addition to coagulation, dyes can also be prepared by dusting method, that is, the dyes are gradually sprinkled into cold water under high-speed stirring, and it is not suitable to leave the dyeing bath for a long time after preparation. The same feed needs to be stirred slowly with a mixer to avoid sedimentation.
2. Selection of dyes When dyeing, try to choose the kind with good diffusibility and level dyeing property, and choose dyes with relatively close dyeing performance when matching colors.
3. Reduction cleaning Reduction cleaning is an important part of removing floating color. After cleaning by reduction, the color is slightly lightened. At the same time, the rubbing fastness and light fastness are improved.
4. Avoiding tar spots The so-called tar spots are viscous substances formed in the dye solution, and the main ingredients are dye dispersants and polyester oligomers. Polyester oligomer is polyester polycondensation, it will ooze out from the fiber and flow into the dye solution to adhere to the surface of the fiber during the high-temperature and long-term dyeing process.
The measures to avoid tar spots are: 1. Strengthen the pre-treatment of fabrics. 2. Increase the dye bath ratio. 3. Apply high temperature and high pressure dispersant. 4. Use high-temperature drainage to avoid crystallization after the dye is cooled. 5. Shorten the equipment cleaning cycle. When preparing the dyeing liquid, first use a small amount of cold water to make the dye into a paste, and then dilute it with room temperature water. Note that the temperature of the diluting water should not be too high, higher than 60 degrees, and the quilt of the disperse dyeing will be damaged and coagulated. In addition to the above preparation, the dye can also be prepared by dusting, that is, the dye is gradually sprinkled into cold water under high-speed stirring, and it is not suitable to leave the dyeing bath for a long time after preparation. The same feed needs to be stirred slowly with a mixer to avoid sedimentation.
