Working principle of dehydrator

The water-containing sludge enters the sludge agitation strategy and the coagulation punishment to react for a certain time before passing through the separation, then enters the sludge distributor of the belt type sludge dewatering machine, after the sludge is evenly distributed on the dewatering zone, it moves and dehydrates under the guidance of both dredging action and gravity action. 

After the secondary dewatering by pressure filtration, the free water content in the sludge is reduced to the minimum, and then the back filter band advances, and gradually hardens during the advance process by the up and down extrusion of the two filter bands, after pre-pressing and dewatering of the filter roller, it enters the extrusion service water area. After repeated pressing in the press section, the water is filtered by shearing force generated alternately by other positions of the filter belt. After scraping off the sludge into the transfer to the sludge storage place.
