Working principle of normal temperature and pressure dyeing machine

Apr 27, 2023

First of all, the working principle of the normal temperature and pressure dyeing machine is different from the traditional dyeing method, and it uses the chemical reaction dyeing technology. Specifically, a special dye dispersant is built into the dyeing machine. When the dye and dispersant are mixed, a dyeing reaction will spontaneously occur at normal temperature and pressure. This kind of dyeing reaction does not require additional high temperature and high pressure conditions, nor does it need to add too many chemical additives, thus avoiding the problems of water pollution and energy waste that may occur in traditional dyeing methods.
Secondly, it also involves the role of ion exchange and surfactants. Ion exchange means that in ionic dyes and dispersants, the charge in the dye molecule can interact with other ions on the ion exchange resin, thereby realizing the dispersion and dyeing of the dye. Surfactant refers to a chemical substance added when dissolving dyes in water, which can break the surface tension of water molecules and provide assistance for the dispersion and penetration of dyes.
Then, the interaction of physical and mechanical effects is also included. Physical effects refer to the mutual attraction and repulsion between molecules, these forces can regulate the tendency of molecular movement, so as to realize the rational use of dyes. The mechanical effect refers to the stirring and mixing action of the dyeing machine. When the dye and the dispersant react, the dyeing machine can fully mix the two, accelerate the reaction speed, and improve the dyeing effect.
