Working process of dyeing machine

Control the internal temperature of the dyeing machine by controlling the heating valve, cooling valve, condensation valve, and cooling valve. The opening and closing state of the valve is controlled by a computer program. What function is used, the valve of that function is automatically opened or closed. Note: 1. The dyeing machine operator must go through safety training and pass the exam before starting to work. 2. When working, labor insurance must be neatly worn and meet the requirements before working. 3. Check the equipment condition of the dyeing machine before working every day. If there is a safety hazard, do not operate the dyeing machine. 4. Do not open the control valve too quickly when operating the steam to heat water, and cover the cylinder head to prevent the boiling water from scalding. 5. When doing hanging dyeing, all parts of the body shall not be extended under the hanger to prevent the hanger from falling off and hurting people. 6. Keep the fire-fighting passages unblocked, and it is strictly forbidden to block the passages; clear water at any time to prevent fall injuries. 7. The water, electricity, and steam must be cut off and the equipment must be cleaned after the daily work.
