4 ways to improve the quality of overflow dyeing machines
Feb 25, 2022
1. The influence of cloth capacity
The overflow dyeing machine has a large nominal capacity and is not suitable for any fabric. Therefore, during production, the actual production capacity of the dyeing machine should be determined according to the thickness and width of the fabric. For the same width of fabric, the thinner and lighter the fabric, the less capacity. This is because supplying a thin and light fabric according to its nominal capacity inevitably increases the length of the fabric, increases the cycle time in the dyeing process, and makes the fabric more prone to knotting in the dyehouse. Creates messy and mottled fabrics.
2. Influence of winch speed and nozzle pressure
The fabric in the dyehouse is drawn into the nozzle with a winch. The nozzle is an annular outlet that sprays the dye solution through the gap of the nozzle. The pressure of the nozzle sprays the dye solution onto the rope cloth, and the speed of the cloth is determined by the following formula. Winch speed and nozzle pressure. In the temperature range where the fabric absorbs the dye, the cycle times of the fabric are increased, that is, the running speed of the fabric is increased, and the levelness of the fabric is promoted. In the case of a certain liquid volume, increasing the flow rate of the dye liquor (that is, increasing the nozzle pressure) can increase the cycle times of the dye liquor, the temperature in the dyeing machine and the uniformity of the dye distribution. .
3. The influence of bath ratio
The liquor ratio not only affects the color of the fabric, but also affects the normal operation of the fabric in the dyeing machine. If the liquid ratio is too small, it is difficult for the fabric to move, the winch cannot lift the fabric from the dyeing room smoothly, and the fabric moves slowly. If the bathing speed is too high, the fabric will float on the water, causing turbulence and knots, and the fabric will be dyed.
4. The influence of dyeing process
(1) The main factors affecting the quality of the overflow dyeing machine are the use and addition method of dyestuff, dyeing temperature, type, dosage and addition method of salt and alkali agent, dyeing time, dye bath rate, etc. Among the above factors, in addition to the addition method and bath ratio of dyes, salts and alkalis, other factors only affect the color depth of the fabric.
(2) For disperse dyes. When disperse dyes are dyed at 90 °C, the heating speed can be higher. Above 90 °C, especially around 130 °C, to avoid uneven dyeing, the dyeing temperature should be controlled slowly. Dyeing with disperse dyes is greatly affected by temperature, so in the temperature range where the dye is absorbed, increasing the number of cycles between the fabric and the dye liquor can make the dye and temperature distribution in the dyeing chamber uniform.
