1. Metering and feeding system

2. Reversing device and control
According to the requirements of the dyeing process, the dye liquor can be circulated, and the main circulation direction can be changed by its positive and negative directions. As the capacity of the package dyeing machine increases, so does the resistance. Therefore, most dyeing machines now use centrifugal pumps to bypass circulating dye solutions.
3. Overflow salting device
Add a lot of salt to improve the dyeing efficiency of the dye. Sewage treatment equipment changes the dyeing rate by controlling the salt concentration. Of course, when dyeing with different colors, you need to add different amounts of salt and injection to achieve the desired color.
4. Temperature rise proportional control
In the dyeing process, we must know that the dyeing rate and the fixing rate are related to the heating speed. Since the heating rate can be controlled proportionally, the heating rate is controlled in a very low range. At the same time, it also has a leveling effect.
