Analysis of Common Defects of HT Jigger Dyeing Machine

Jul 30, 2021

In order to prevent the fabric from wrinkling during operation, HT Jigger Dyeing Machine is equipped with an arc-shaped tension frame (commonly known as a stretcher). The size of the tension and the arc will directly affect the amount of liquid on the left, middle, and right sides of the fabric. If the tissue shape is too large, it will cause high liquid volume in the fabric side and low liquid volume in the center, which is very simple to constitute a "side-to-side color difference" with medium and light sides. If the radian is uneven from left to right, it will cause uneven liquid on the left and right sides of the fabric, which constitutes "left and right color difference".

The size of the cloth roll tension and the speed of the line speed are also important factors that affect the amount of liquid in the fabric. This is because there is a drainage problem in the fabric winding (the tension frame drainage and the winding kneading drainage), the tension is large, the drainage is more, and the amount of liquid is small. Moreover, the tension is more simple and uneven with the liquid, which makes the left, center and right color difference and "seam head print" aggravated. During the dyeing process, the thread speeds of the head, middle, and tail of the cloth are different, which will directly affect the length of the fabric immersion in the dye solution. This will undoubtedly have a negative impact on the uniform absorption of the dye and eliminate the "head and tail color difference". The real problem is Some domestic jiggers only claim "constant velocity and constant tension", and the actual test results are neither constant velocity nor constant tension. During the operation of the cloth roll, the head and tail and the center are larger or smaller, and there is a difference in tension and linear speed. If some line speeds differ by more than 20%, the problem of medium and giant jigs is the most outstanding. Because the line speed is relatively slow after the cloth roll is started, it often constitutes a tens of meters deep cloth.

Direct (porous) steam pipes and direct (closed) steam pipes are laid at the bottom of the dyeing tank of the jigsaw dyeing machine. Use a direct steam pipe to spray steam to heat the dyeing solution, and use a direct steam pipe for dyeing and heat preservation. The problem is that the direct steam pipe is a porous pipe. Even if the size of the pore size and the density of the dispersion are considered in the design, the amount of steam and water (condensate) during heating still has great unevenness. .
