The liquid volume of the fabric is adjusted by the pressure of the rolling mill and the speed of the roll. The quality of rolling has a great influence on dyeing. When rolling, it is not that the tighter the rolling and the greater the tension, the better the effect. Try to keep the speed constant when rolling.

Taffeta, Lycra, Oxford cloth and other warp-fabrics, nylon rich silk, triangular light silk and other flat fabrics, and also suitable for nylon 66, silk, non-woven fabrics and other fabrics.
2. Dyeing principle
The dyeing of the beam dyeing machine is mainly the dyeing liquid on the fabric during the circulation process of the dyeing vat and the dosing barrel under the action of the pump. The beam dyeing machine has a large and small dye liquor circulation-circular process. The so-called large circulation-loop refers to: after the dye liquor is heated by the heat exchanger, it passes through the dye liquor injection port under the action of the main pump, and completely penetrates the fabric under the action of the pressure difference, and then enters the heat exchanger for down A cycle-cycle; the so-called small cycle refers to the volume expansion of the dye solution in the tank during the heating process, the dye solution enters the tank, and then enters the dye solution nozzle under the action of the dosing pump.
Due to the different characteristics of long fiber and non-woven fabrics and silk fabrics, long fiber and non-woven fabrics will produce a large amount of entanglement during the dyeing process; while silk fabrics hardly have fibers from the dyeing process. The surface of the fabric comes off. Therefore, the structures of these two types of beam dyeing machines are also different.
