1. Main pump

The power of the main pump directly affects the penetration ability of the dye solution. If the power of the main pump is too small, the dye liquor cannot penetrate the fabric on the inner drum completely, and large areas of dyeing or gradual color will appear on the cloth surface; if the power of the main pump is too large, firstly it will cause waste of power resources, and secondly after dyeing. In the case of the liquid injection port, due to the high pressure of the injection, it will cause channeling. Therefore, the above phenomena must be considered when selecting the main pump, and a reasonable pipeline is designed accordingly to increase the efficiency of the main pump to a very high level and reduce the energy consumption to a very low level.

2. Tightness

Since the beam dyeing machine is a high temperature and high pressure dyeing machine, if air enters during the dyeing process, the following abnormalities will occur:

The oxidative decomposition of dyes, when the temperature is higher than 80 ℃, the dyes are easily oxidized and decomposed in contact with air, especially reactive dyes. If air enters the rolled fabric with the dye solution, the surface of the fabric will not be colored, causing air spots and causing abnormal cloth surface.

If air enters during scouring and bleaching, the surface of the fabric will be oxidized and brittle, the tear strength will decrease, and the color will be abnormal during dyeing.

How to solve the above problems, first of all require the dyeing machine manufacturer to pass the flaw detection inspection when welding, and there should be no mechanical flaws;

Secondly, during the installation process, the sealing of each flange and connection should be good; later in the dyeing process of the dyeing factory using the dyeing machine, the sealing of each connection should be checked regularly to prevent the screw from loosening due to the vibration of the motor during the production process. And affect the seal.
