Common emergency measures for high temperature and high pressure dyeing
Sep 19, 2022
Under normal circumstances, the power supply and steam source should be cut off first, and it is strictly forbidden to deal with the problem when the equipment is under pressure and energized. When the dyeing process has reached the boosting period, it must be cooled first. In case of power failure or water failure, steam should be released to reduce pressure, so that the steam pressure in the dyeing machine can be reduced to zero (the temperature can quickly drop below 100 °C).
After the problem has been dealt with, it can be turned on and dyed again.
In principle, do not let go of the dye-bath residue after the problem occurs, and use it as much as possible if it can be reused. One is to avoid wasting dyes and chemicals, and the other is to avoid cylinder errors. The residual liquid of the dye bath is only released when there is a leak such as a pipeline damage, or a problem with the filter, which requires the residual liquid to be discharged for repair.
