(1) Before starting the machine, clean and clean the workplace, machinery and equipment, and tools to prepare for work.

(2) Check the equipment, instruments, etc., whether they are in good condition, and replace the filter to prevent it from being blocked. After everything is checked and there is no problem, it can be turned on.

(3) Open the compressed air valve, close the drain valve, open the water inlet switch, and then drain the water.

(4) Wait until the water is sprayed from the nozzle, and then introduce the grey cloth into the dye vat.

(5) The door of the machine should be closed tightly, and there should be no air leakage or liquid leakage.

(6) The running speed of the dyeing machine and the nozzle pressure should be adjusted to ensure the normal operation of the grey fabric.

(7) The dye liquor should be added in the specified order, and the material should be added slowly and evenly, so as not to affect the dyeing effect.

(8) The dyeing procedure should be automatically controlled by computer to ensure accurate dyeing curve.

(9) After dyeing, wait until the temperature drops below 80 °C and the pressure drops to zero before opening the cover, otherwise it cannot be opened to avoid problems.

(10) Dyeing vat is strictly prohibited without water, and the main pump is strictly prohibited from idling without water.

(11) When the temperature is above 80℃, it is strictly forbidden to open the return valve.

(12) The filter screen should be cleaned every shift to avoid clogging or deposition.

(13) It is strictly forbidden to open the softened water valve and the tap water valve at the same time to prevent the phenomenon of water stringing.
