Factors Affecting Dyeing Process of High Temperature and High Pressure Dyeing Machine

Jan 25, 2023

1. Temperature: higher temperature is conducive to dyeing. Too high will cause dye decomposition and fiber damage. Generally, it is stained at 120-130, but not more than 145. Moderate high temperature dyeing can make the dyeing bright, with good levelness and less floating color caused by dyeing.
2. PH value: PH value is 5-6.
3. Bath ratio: the bath ratio cannot be too small. Too small will cause poor contact between the dye solution and the fabric, resulting in dyeing flowers, or scratches or creases or chicken feet when the fabric is not running smoothly.
4. Auxiliary agent: the main function of auxiliary agent is to make the dye absorb evenly, help the dye transfer evenly to the surface and inside of the fiber, prevent the dye from re gathering, and prevent the oligomer from adhering to the fabric to form tar spots.
