Therefore, when selecting dyes, we should use high-quality dyes to fundamentally prevent the above phenomenon.
2、 Dyeing bath temperature: when the temperature of the dyeing bath is too high or too low, the final effect of the whole dyeing will not be achieved. Moreover, it is not easy to raise the temperature too fast, so as to prevent undesirable phenomena such as color streaks.
3、 Dye dissolution: when the dye is dissolved, it is necessary to ensure that it is sufficient. If conditions permit, it is good to carry out manual mixing, which can effectively prevent color flaws and other conditions.
4、 Dyeing friction: In the process of dyeing, we can't prevent friction, so it's good to use an appropriate amount of lubricant, or adjust the humidity properly when the fabric is running, which can also prevent scratches on the fabric.
