How to clean the dyeing machine

1. For the removal of oligomers, the high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing machine often uses NaOH or acid sulfite detergent to wash the vat. It can also participate in the carrier to help the dissolution of oligomers. Participating in high-temperature resistant dispersants can inhibit the precipitation of oligomers. Rapid temperature lowering and high temperature drainage can avoid the accumulation and aggregation of oligomers.
2. The removal of alkali scale, calcium salt and fiber chips can be cleaned with hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid, which is very effective, but has a significant impact on stainless steel (corrosion-resistant stainless steel is widely used on the inner wall of the dye vat). The chrome plating layer has completely lost its luster and is highly corrosive. It is recommended to use the TF-105F cylinder cleaning agent, which does not contain strong acid, is not corrosive to the cylinder block, and has good cylinder cleaning effect.
3. The coagulated dye, tar and grease can be removed by traditional cylinder holding process with sodium hydrosulfite, liquid alkali and emulsifier.
In addition, when cleaning the dye vat, it is necessary to add an appropriate amount of waste cloth in the vat. The dyeing machine ensures that the high-speed water sprayed from the nozzle can be washed through the waste cloth to the "dead corner" that is difficult to reach in normal circulation.
