At the same time, due to the expansion of the fiber, its internal pores increase, facilitating the adsorption and diffusion of the fuel, so as to speed up the dye uptake. However, when the temperature is too high, due to too large spacing pores and too large kinetic energy of the dye particles, the fuel part dyed with the fiber will dissolve into the dye solution again, affecting the dyeing effect, Therefore, the temperature control process of the dyeing tank must strictly comply with the corresponding working requirements.
At present, the temperature control of domestic dyeing machines is mostly manual operation. The workers make judgments based on the readings of the thermometer and experience to heat or cool them, which results in large subjective errors. The dyeing process cannot strictly follow the process curve to heat up, keep warm and cool down, resulting in more color patterns and color differences on the cloth; In other dyeing plants, the temperature is automatically controlled, but the switch of heating valve and cooling valve is simply controlled. When the temperature reaches the specified temperature value, the corresponding valve is closed. The temperature control in dyeing process cannot strictly follow the process curve, and the dyeing temperature is transmitted to the control room through the sensor. After the control of the control room, the online and timely control cannot be realized, At the same time, there are many signal transmission lines, resulting in poor structural dispersion, large construction investment, long cycle, inconvenience in maintenance and easy interference.
