Precautions for high temperature dyeing machine

1、 When preparing the dye solution, first use a small amount of cold water to make the dye slurry, and then use room temperature water to dilute it. Note that the temperature of the water used for diluting should not be too high, higher than 60 degrees, and the disperse dye quilt will be damaged, while the dye will be coagulated. In addition to the upregulation, the dye can also be prepared by dusting, that is, slowly sprinkle the dye into the cold water under high speed stirring. After the dye bath is prepared, it should not be left for a long time. The mixer shall be used to mix slowly to prevent sedimentation.
2、 Dyes with good diffusivity and levelness shall be selected as far as possible during dyeing, and dyes with similar dye uptake shall be selected during color matching.
3、 Restore cleaning Restore cleaning is an important part of removing floating color. After restoration and cleaning, the color and luster slightly fade. At the same time, the rubbing fastness and light fastness were improved.
4、 Tar stain prevention The so-called tar stain is a viscous substance formed in the dye solution, mainly composed of dye dispersant and polyester oligomer. Polyester oligomer is polyester polycondensation, which will seep from the fiber into the dye solution and adhere to the fiber surface during the high temperature and long time dyeing process.
Measures to prevent tar spots include:
1. Strengthen fabric pretreatment.
2. Improve the dyeing bath ratio.
3. High temperature and high pressure dispersant shall be used.
4. High temperature drainage is adopted to avoid crystallization and precipitation of dyes after cooling.
5. Shorten the equipment cleaning cycle.

Note that the temperature of the water used for diluting should not be too high, higher than 60 degrees, the disperse dye quilt will be damaged, and the dye will condense. In addition to the upregulation, the dye can also be prepared by the powder spreading method, that is, slowly sprinkle the dye into the cold water under high speed stirring. After the dye bath is prepared, it should not be left for a long time. The mixer shall be used to mix slowly to prevent sedimentation.
