Factors affecting the normal operation of normal temperature and normal pressure dyeing machines

Dec 05, 2022

1. Dyeing process: If the color fixing and dyeing are not synchronized, it must be re-dyed, which will inevitably cause uneven dyeing, and even a step difference will occur in serious cases. Therefore, when we choose dyes, we should choose relatively excellent dyes in order to fundamentally avoid the above phenomenon.

2. Dye bath temperature: If the dye bath temperature is too high or too low, the whole dyeing effect cannot be achieved, and it is not easy to heat up too fast, so as to avoid undesirable phenomena such as color flowers.

3. Dissolution of dyes: When dissolving dyes, it must be sufficient. If conditions permit, it is recommended to perform manual stirring, which can effectively avoid the occurrence of scabs and other phenomena.

4. Dyeing friction: During the dyeing process, we cannot avoid the phenomenon of friction, so it is recommended to use an appropriate amount of lubricant, or adjust the humidity properly when the fabric is running, which can also avoid the friction caused by the fabric.
