On the other hand, although the fabric enters the machine and runs normally, if the temperature inside the machine does not rise to 95℃, please do not close the pressure relief valve, and the air in the machine should be exhausted as much as possible, especially in the semi-filled dyeing machine, the saturation in the machine Vapor pressure is normally activated when the temperature rises above 99°C. If the exhaust valve is closed too early, it will not only cause virtual pressure in the machine, but also cause the color to become lighter, and at the same time form "air waves" in the circulating pump, all of which will cause problems such as knotting and clogging of the woven fabric in the machine. occur.

1. Before starting the machine, clean and clean the workplace, mechanical equipment and tools to prepare for work.

3. Open the compressed air valve, close the drain valve, open the water inlet switch, and then drain the water.

4. After the water is sprayed from the nozzle, put the grey cloth into the dye vat.

5. The door should be closed tightly, and there should be no air leakage or liquid leakage.

6. The running speed and nozzle pressure of the high temperature overflow dyeing machine should be adjusted to ensure the normal operation of grey fabrics.

7. The dye solution should be added in the specified order, and the addition should be slow and uniform, so as not to affect the dyeing effect.

8. The dyeing procedure is automatically controlled by computer to ensure the accurate dyeing curve.

9. After dyeing, wait until the temperature drops below 80°C and the pressure drops to zero before opening the cover, otherwise the cover cannot be opened to avoid problems.

10. The dye vat is strictly prohibited from running without water, and the main pump is strictly prohibited from idling without water.

11. When the temperature is above 80℃, it is strictly forbidden to open the return valve.

12. The filter should be cleaned once every shift to avoid clogging or deposition.
