High temperature and high pressure dyeing machine out of the process

1 When the cloth exit light is on, press the ACCEPT CALL key, then press the 'Next' button until the program ends;

2 Open the door;

3 Push the cloth cart to the front of the machine door;

4 Pull the warp creel onto the cloth cart, install the protective device, and push the cloth cart to the wet cloth area;

5. Remove the stainless steel straps and stainless steel plates, and move the warp beam to the warp beam unwinding car by driving;

6 Fill out the production process sheet;

7 Check the dye bucket and auxiliary bucket, if they are not clean, clean them immediately;

8 Safety points: Make sure the cloth car is in place, install the protective device, and be especially careful when moving the warp beam.

9 Quality Points

If there are dye spots in the dyeing, obvious uneven dyeing, sackcloth and other abnormal conditions, report to the monitor on duty.

10 Note

10.1 If the machine has any abnormal leakage, strange sound, etc., notify the monitor.

10.2 Keep the workshop clean and tidy.

10.3 When the machine is working, the temperature is very high, do not touch the machine.
