How should the high temperature and high pressure dyeing machine keep warm at work?

1. Use a high-pressure airless sprayer to spray thermal insulation paint on the surface of the high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing machine, which will form a dense thermal-insulation coating with a thickness of 1.5~5mm on the surface of the high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing machine.

2. According to the heat preservation method, we have the following specific steps:

(1) Remove various oil stains and protective compounds on the surface of the high temperature and high pressure dyeing machine.

(2) Turn on the stirring device at a temperature not lower than 21 °C, and stir the thermal insulation paint in the paint bucket to a milk-like consistency.

(3) Use a high-pressure airless sprayer to spray the previously stirred thermal insulation coating in layers. To ensure that the thickness of each coat meets the requirements, wait until the previous coat is completely dry before spraying the next coat.

3. On the vertical surface of all the above high temperature and high pressure dyeing machines, the thickness of each thermal insulation coating is 0.23-0.25mm.

Of course, the traditional high temperature and high pressure dyeing machine insulation still has certain defects, so we need a new insulation method, we can improve the working environment, energy saving effect and so on.
