Inspection before operation of high temperature and high pressure overflow dyeing machine and precautions during operation

1. The inspection of the equipment before the dyeing machine starts dyeing:

Check whether the oil in the pump bearing box reaches half level, if it is insufficient, add enough 20# oil to prevent bearing damage and failure. The pump mechanical seal cooling water valve should be opened to prevent failure and damage after high temperature. Check the electrical circuit, whether the temperature indicated by the thermometer at the mouth of the temperature bag is correct, whether the safety overshoot pressure on the container is 0.3Mpa, and there is a lead seal mark. The pointer of the pressure gauge should be at the zero position, with a lead seal after calibration. If there is a problem, it must be dealt with before it can be used. The take-off pressure of the safety valve on the heater is 0.5Mpa.


2. Safe operation of dyeing machine

(1) When the machine is running, the dye liquor must exceed the lower part of the inside of the cloth storage box, and it is not allowed to turn on steam heating before starting the machine. The steam must be turned off before shutting down.

(2) When the dyeing machine is running, it is found that the water level at the sight hole of the liquid flow is abnormal, which means that the grey cloth is not running normally and must be cooled down, and the cloth should be adjusted before driving. If it is found that the grey cloth drifts out of the storage box, it means that the cloth capacity is too large and the grey cloth must be reduced before driving.

(3) When driving after dyeing, there must be no pressure on the pressure gauge. When the temperature on the thermometer is below 80 degrees, the machine will stop running. When the steam source is cut off, first open the top pressure reducing valve before it can be opened.

(4) When the machine is running, the operator is not allowed to leave the work position, and check the pressure inside the machine at any time not to exceed 0.25Mpa. If it is found to be exceeded, the pressure reducing valve must be opened to make the pressure return to this point. 0.2Mpa. If the pressure rises continuously, the dyeing and cooling must be stopped, and the heating and dyeing can be carried out after the cause is found out.

(5) The relevant provisions of the operating procedures for pressure vessels must be strictly followed. When there is leakage of the pressure components and their welds and sealing fasteners, the pressure in the pot should be eliminated first and the temperature should be lowered at the same time, and then the inspection should be carried out. Force open.
