The high-temperature environmental protection dyeing machine realizes heat preservation, and different methods can be adopted according to requirements.
1. Use a high-pressure air-free spraying machine to spray heat-insulating paint on the surface of the dyeing machine, and form a dense heat-insulating coating with a thickness of 1.5~5mm on the surface of the dyeing machine.
2. According to the heat preservation method, there are the following specific steps:
(1) Remove various oil stains and protective compounds on the surface of the dyeing machine.
(2) Turn on the stirring device at a temperature above 21°C, and stir the heat-insulating paint in the paint tank to a milk-like concentration.
(3) Spray the heat-insulating paint that has been stirred before in layers with a high-pressure airless sprayer. Make sure that the thickness of each coat meets the requirements, and wait until the previous coat is completely dry before spraying the next coat.
