In the dyeing process, temperature is a very important parameter. Heating rate, holding time and cooling rate directly affect the adsorption, dyeing, diffusion and color fixation of dyes. Improper control will cause color flower, color difference, wrinkles and other defects. At the same time, it is also necessary to check whether the temperature detection point of the dyeing equipment is reasonable, whether the temperature spread is uniform, and whether the temperature change is sensitive.
Generally speaking, when the temperature is high and the kinetic energy of the fuel increases, the fiber expands, the internal pores increase, and the fuel adsorption and diffusion become easier, thereby accelerating the dyeing. On the contrary, the fuel part dyed with fibers will be redissolved in the dye solution, which will affect the dyeing effect. Therefore, the temperature control process of the dye tank should strictly follow the corresponding operation requirements.
At present, the temperature control of domestic dyeing machines is mostly carried out manually. Workers heat or cool according to the readings of the thermometers. The subjective error increases. The dyeing process cannot strictly follow the technical curve to heat up and keep warm, resulting in relatively large color and color differences. Therefore, only by strictly implementing the technical regulations can the operators ensure the qualified rate of dyeing.
