Why did the high temperature dyeing machine stop running suddenly?

1. Mechanical equipment. Sudden damage to some parts of the dyeing machine, such as motors, meters, pumps, valves, transmission belts, bearings, etc.
2. Process operation method. The seams of the fabric are not well seamed. The seams are torn suddenly during operation. If the fabric enters carelessly, it will be twisted, knotted and blocked during operation, or the fabric is too slender and the fabric is too full. There is a knotted blockage. During the operation method, the nozzle pressure is not adjusted properly, and the cloth clogging occurs.
3. External factors. Sudden power failure leads to sudden stop of mechanical equipment operation, sudden shutdown of dyeing temperature drops, resulting in interruption of cooling water of circulating pump and shutdown, defoamer quality is not good, defoaming efficiency is too low, too much foam in the dyeing bath, air suction occurs midway and fabric clogging etc.
General emergency measures:
Under normal circumstances, the power supply and steam source must be cut off first, and it is strictly forbidden to deal with faults when the equipment is under pressure and energized. The high-temperature dyeing machine has reached the boosting stage during the dyeing process, and it should be cooled down first. When the power or water is cut off, the steam is released to lower the pressure, and the steam pressure in the dyeing machine drops to zero (the temperature can be quickly lowered to below 100°C). After troubleshooting is complete, re-staining can begin.
