Causes of wrinkles in dyeing machine equipment
May 12, 2023
The difference of dyeing machine equipment lies in the amount of cloth in the cylinder, the pressure and friction between cloth and cloth, the pump force and strength all affect the flatness of the fabric surface, and the bath ratio will also affect the flatness of the fabric surface. Too much foam in the process operation will cause the fabric to float up and heat up and cool down in the process operation, resulting in sudden cooling and sudden heating, which will cause fine wrinkles.
The current in-bath lubricants and anti-wrinkle agents, bath treasures, and in-bath softeners can improve fine wrinkles, but if the dyeing machine equipment does not improve, the effect of process control will not be very good. Only by adding lubricants can completely avoid fine wrinkles. Streaks are unavoidable.
When the cloth guide rollers are uneven and the span between the cloth guide rollers is large, intermittent straight wrinkles are prone to occur.
The solution is: replace the larger cloth guide rollers, strictly follow the operation requirements in the cleaning machine and equipment maintenance, prevent rough operation, and reduce equipment damage; reasonably improve the cloth threading route; shorten the distance between the cloth guide rollers to reduce wrinkling possibility.
