6. Or excessive calcium and magnesium ions in the water and the combination of dyes and fabrics.
Therefore, when dark spots appear in the dyeing of high-temperature dyeing machines, targeted treatment should be carried out, such as adding degreasing and scouring in the pre-treatment, using low-foaming and non-foaming auxiliaries as dyeing auxiliaries, and choosing defoaming agents that are not easy to slick. To improve the water quality, etc., at the same time, in order to prevent the dye from agglomerating, the tank body should be cleaned with cleaning agent in time.
