1. The length and quality of the nose cloth. Most of the nose cloths used by many factories are local materials, and the enterprise neither prepares nor manages the nose cloths, so the choice of nose cloths is very important.
2. The technical level of the operator. Improving the head-to-tail and left-middle-right chromatic aberration of the dyeing machine equipment depends largely on the operator's technical level.
3. The operator should master the dye bath situation in the dye vat. For example, in the dyeing bath dyed with color-blocking dyes, according to the number of passes specified by the technical department or workshop, different chemicals are used to adjust the shade, so as to achieve the purpose of penetrating dyeing and reducing color difference.
4. The number of fabrics for the cylinder (shaft) should be appropriate. For example, the dyeing machine at normal temperature and pressure dyes light and thin fabrics, generally between 1300-1500 m/axis. When dyeing light-colored fabrics, dye less to avoid excessive color difference between the head and the tail.
