How should the normal temperature and pressure dyeing machine keep warm during operation

1. High pressure airless spraying machine is used to spray thermal insulation coating on the surface of normal temperature and pressure dyeing machine, which will form a dense thermal insulation coating with a thickness of 1.5~5mm on the surface of normal temperature and pressure dyeing machine.
2. According to an insulation method, we have the following specific steps:
(1) Remove all kinds of oil stains and protective compounds on the surface of the dyeing machine at normal temperature and pressure.
(2) The mixing device shall be started at a temperature not lower than 21 ℃, and the thermal insulation coating in the coating bucket shall be stirred to the consistency of milk.
(3) Use high-pressure airless spraying machine to spray the previously stirred thermal insulation coating layer by layer. The thickness of each coating shall meet the requirements, and the next coating shall be sprayed after the previous coating is completely dry.
