How to check the sealing of the dyeing tank of GTM Jig Dyeing Machine

1. Static inspection
Visual inspection: First, turn off the power of the dyeing tank to ensure that the machine is in a safe non-operating state. Carefully observe the edge of the dyeing tank, focusing on the sealing strips or sealing gaskets. Check whether they have obvious cracks, wear, deformation or missing parts.
Check the connection between the dyeing tank and various pipes, valves, etc. Check whether the sealing gasket at the connecting flange is intact, whether it is aging, hardening, extrusion deformation, etc. If the sealing gasket shows signs of aging, such as darkening of color and loss of elasticity, special attention should be paid to its sealing performance.
Tactile inspection: Gently touch the sealing parts with your hands. For the sealing strip, feel whether it has good elasticity. If the strip is too hard or too soft, it may affect the sealing effect. For the sealing gasket at the connection part, check whether it is firmly installed between the flanges and whether there are signs of looseness.
2. Dynamic inspection
No-load operation inspection: Start the machine without fabric and dye in the dyeing tank and let the dyeing tank run in normal operation mode. Observe whether there is liquid seepage from the sealing part of the dyeing tank. Pay special attention to the connection between the cylinder body and the shaft, the inlet and outlet, and other locations. Because during operation, if the seals of these parts are not good, a small amount of lubricating oil or residual liquid may seep out.
Load operation inspection: Add a small amount of water and dye to the dye tank (control it to about 10% - 20% of the capacity of the dye tank), and start the machine again. During operation, carefully check whether there is dye leakage on the ground, brackets, and other parts around the dye tank. Focus on the joints between the sealing strip and the cylinder body, as well as the pipe interface. If dye drips or seeps out, it means that there is a problem with the seal.
Pressure test inspection: You can use professional pressure testing equipment to seal the dye tank and inject a certain pressure of gas into the tank. The sealing condition is judged by detecting the change in pressure. If the pressure drops too quickly, it indicates that there is a leak in the dye tank, and the location of the poor seal needs to be further checked.
