How to clean the HT Jigger Dyeing Machine
Jan 07, 2022
The long-term use of HT Jigger Dyeing Machine will deposit waste in the inner cavity of the cylinder. Especially when the paper mill industry generally attaches great importance to controlling the amount of chemical wastewater, many paper mills have Many compounds such as dyes, oligomers, grease, synthetic fiber scraps and so on are piled up at the bottom of the tank. The negative effect is that the dyeing vat will rise and cool down slightly, and there will be flying spots during dyeing. If the situation is serious, the dyeing machinery and equipment will be blocked, and the dyeing temperature will not rise. Depending on the scope of application of the overflow tank, the main composition of the main tank sediment is also different. The important ones are dust, grease, condensed dyes, tackifiers, oligomers, calcium elements, etc., depending on the composition Use a different method to clean.
1. To remove oligomers, often use NaOH or pH thiocyanate detergent to wash the tank. You can also add media that is beneficial to the melting of oligomers, and high temperature resistant tackifiers can inhibit oligomers. Sedimentation, rapid cooling and high temperature drainage can prevent the deposition and aggregation of oligomers.
2. The removal of alkali scale, calcium element and synthetic fiber chips can be cleaned with hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid. The expected effect is very good, but it will obviously damage the stainless steel plate (corrosion-resistant stainless steel plate is generally used for the inner wall of the dyeing tank), and the smoothness of the stainless steel plate Completely dissipated, the erosion is very large.
3. Removal of condensed dyes, cigarette tar, and grease can be reduced and cleaned by using traditional storage tank manufacturing process with sulphuric acid powder, flake sodium hydroxide, desulfurizing agent, etc.
In addition, when cleaning the dye vat, you must add appropriate waste cloth to the equipment vat to ensure that the rapid water sprayed from the printer nozzle will clean the waste cloth to the "blind spot" that cannot be reached by the usual circulation.
