How to clean the room temperature dyeing machine

1. For the removal of oligomers, the tank is often washed with NaOH or acid sulfite detergent. It can also participate in the carrier to help the dissolution of oligomers, and the high temperature resistant dispersant can suppress the precipitation of oligomers. Rapid cooling and high temperature drainage can prevent accumulation and aggregation of oligomers.

2. The removal of alkali scale, calcium salt and fiber debris can be cleaned with hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid. The effect is good, but it has obvious influence on stainless steel (corrosion-resistant stainless steel is used for the inner wall of the dyeing tank). It is recommended to use Transchem's TF-105F cylinder cleaning agent, which has no strong acid and is not corrosive to the cylinder body, and the cylinder cleaning effect is better.

3. For the removal of agglomerated dyes, tars, and greases, traditional vat preservation techniques can be used for restoration and cleaning with sulphuric acid powder, liquid caustic soda, and emulsifiers.
