How to deal with the dyeing mistakes of the normal temperature dyeing machine?

In the dyeing process of the normal temperature dyeing machine, the accuracy of shade is affected by various factors. The fluctuation of various process conditions will directly affect the accuracy of the color of dyed fabrics, and color correction is inevitable.
The color correction of pure cotton dyed fabrics can be divided into three categories: additive color, subtractive color and achromatic color.
1 additive color
After the dyeing machine is completed, if the shade is lighter than the sample provided by the customer, the additive color method can be used to remedy it. The color addition method is determined according to the shade depth and color concentration provided by the customer. Generally, there are two methods of rolling stock and back dyeing. The former is suitable for extra light-colored and light-colored samples, which can be rolled up directly during tentering; the latter is suitable for medium- and dark-colored samples, and the color addition method should be determined by visual inspection and small sample test.
2 subtractive color
The subtractive color method should be considered when the color spread of pure cotton dyeing is darker than the color of the sample provided by the customer.
3 Achromatic
For example, the color light of the large sample is basically the same as the sample provided by the customer, but if the hue is different, it can be corrected by achromatic method.
