Influence of high temperature and high speed dyeing machine in dyeing

Maintaining a moderate pH during dyeing and finishing does not compromise the mechanical properties of spandex and helps maintain the elasticity of knitted fabrics containing spandex. The suitable dyeing environment for weak acid dyes is weak acid, especially for the dyeing of weak acid dyes of ammonia elastic knitted fabrics. It is more appropriate to control the pH value at 5.
Chemical operation points:
Check that the dyes are prepared accurately according to the prescription. When disperse dyes are used as raw materials, usually stir with cold water (about 20-30 minutes with a mixer), dilute with warm water at 40-45°C, disperse the dispersant and ammonium sulfate in warm water, stir evenly, and dissolve if necessary.
If you encounter difficult dyes, such as disperse red 3B and disperse ruby S-2GFL, you can use alcohol or pull-apart powder solution to make a slurry, beat with cold water, stir evenly, and dilute with warm water. Sieve filter. Small particles left on the sieve should be redissolved in water and then filtered.
The feeding sequence is to add acetic acid at about 40 ℃, run for a period of time, adjust the pH value to 5-6, then add dye, run for 10 minutes, and then dye according to the specified heating curve.
If it is found that there is too much foam in the machine after feeding, defoamer should be added in time to avoid damaging the circulating pump, reducing the lift, and even making the fabric float.
