What should be paid attention to when dyeing with cheese dyeing machine

First, most cheese yarns should be pretreated to remove pectin and wax from the fiber surface before dyeing with a cheese dyeing machine. If the pretreatment is not sufficient (or uneven), it will directly affect the effect of the fiber, which in turn affects the dyeing of the yarn.

Secondly, choose dyes with good levelness and compatibility, so that the inner, middle and outer lines of the bobbin are evenly adsorbed, and the dyeing states of different stages are as similar as possible.

In a general cheese dyeing machine, the dyeing agent and chemical agent must be completely dissolved in the auxiliary material tank to a dissolved state, and the chemical agent must be uniform, and then the auxiliary material tank is slowly poured into the main tank. The speed of this process should not be too fast. Otherwise, the adsorption of dyes on the inner and outer layers of the package will be different, which is more likely to cause different layers.

Secondly, the control of the heating process is also very important when using the cheese dyeing machine. Generally speaking, the adsorption rate and fixation rate of reactive dyes are directly related to temperature. Make sure that the temperature of the compound is not too high or the time is too long. Otherwise, some dyes will be hydrolyzed, while the temperature of the inner and outer layers is mainly provided by the forced flow of the main circulation, and the process in the middle is relatively lag. Therefore, during the dyeing process of packaging yarn (especially after adding alkali), the heating rate should not be too fast, otherwise the temperature inside and outside will be very different, which will affect the color of the yarn.

The post-dyeing treatment needs to be adjusted according to the amount of dye and the type of dye. If the floating color is not completely clean (or the floating color is uneven) during the soaping process after dyeing, there will be a certain color difference between the inner and outer layers of the yarn. In addition, the dyed cheese generally needs a specific softening treatment.

Therefore, when dyeing with a cheese dyeing machine, only by minimizing the influence of these factors on dyeing can the difference in dyeing be truly reduced.
