How to improve the dyeing quality of high temperature dyeing machine?

1. The effect of high temperature dyeing machine cloth quantity on dyeing quality.

The dyeing machine has a larger nominal capacity and is not suitable for any fabric. Therefore, in production, the actual capacity of the dyeing machine needs to be determined according to the thickness and width of the fabric. The thinner the fabric of the same width, the smaller the capacity. This is because if light and thin fabrics are fed at the nominal capacity, the length of the fabric will be too long, the cycle of dyeing will be longer, and it is easy to cause the fabric to be knotted due to disorder.
2. The influence of capstan speed and nozzle pressure on dyeing quality.

The fabric in the dyeing chamber is drawn into the nozzle by a winch. The nozzle is an annular outlet, and the dye solution is sprayed out from the nozzle gap. With the help of the pressure of the nozzle, the dyeing liquid is sprayed on the rope-like fabric, so that the fabric changes its position due to accumulation and folding in the dyeing chamber, and the speed of the fabric depends on the speed of the capstan and the pressure of the nozzle. Therefore, while increasing the speed of the fabric and the number of cycles of the dyeing solution, attention should be paid to the mutual cooperation between the winch speed and the pressure of the nozzle, otherwise it will directly affect the product quality.

3. Effect of bath ratio on dyeing quality

The bath ratio not only affects the color of the fabric, but also affects the normal operation of the fabric in the dyeing machine. If the bath ratio is too small, the fabric will be difficult to run, and the winch will not be able to smoothly lift the fabric from the dyeing chamber, and the fabric will run slowly. If the bath ratio is too large, the fabric will float on the water surface, prone to turbulence and knotting, which will cause the fabric to be dyed. Therefore, the determination of liquor ratio should be minimized without affecting the running of the fabric and ensuring the quality of dyeing.

4. Effect of dyeing process on dyeing quality

The main factors that affect the dyeing quality of high-temperature dyeing machines include the use and addition method of dyes, dyeing temperature, the type, dosage and addition method of saline-alkali agents, dyeing time, dye bath ratio and other factors, except for the addition of dyes, salt, and alkali agents. In addition to the method and liquor ratio, other factors only affect the depth of the fabric color, that is, the factors that affect the fixation rate of reactive dyes.

Therefore, after the high-temperature dyeing machine is dyed, it is necessary to slowly lower the temperature to prevent the fabric from wrinkling due to sudden cooling. When the temperature drops to 100°C, rapid cooling can be used to cool down to 80°C, and then overflow cleaning is carried out to further reduce the temperature of the dyeing room. If the discharge and water intake are carried out at a higher temperature, it is easy to form creases in the fabric and affect the dyeing quality.
