1. Regular cleaning
After each use, clean the dye residue, dirt and debris inside and outside the machine, including dye vats, pipes, filters, etc.
Pay special attention to corners and gaps where dirt is easily accumulated.
2. Check parts
Regularly check the connection parts of pumps, valves, and pipes to ensure that there is no leakage.
Check the wear and tightness of transmission parts such as motors, belts, chains, etc., and adjust or replace them if necessary.
3. Lubrication and maintenance
Add appropriate amount of lubricating oil or grease to the parts that need lubrication, such as bearings, gears, etc., in accordance with regulations to ensure smooth operation of the parts.
4. Dye filtration
Regularly clean and replace the dye filter to ensure the purity of the dye, prevent impurities from affecting the dyeing quality and damaging the machine.
5. Electrical system maintenance
Check whether the electrical circuit is well connected and whether there is any damage or aging.
Clean the dust on the electrical components to ensure that they dissipate heat normally.
6. Temperature and pressure control
Regularly calibrate the temperature and pressure sensors to ensure control accuracy.
Check the heating and cooling systems to ensure that they are working properly.
7. Package placement specifications
Ensure that the placement of package yarn in the dyeing machine meets the requirements to avoid affecting the dyeing effect and damaging the equipment due to improper placement.
8. Regular maintenance
Arrange regular comprehensive maintenance to test and debug the various performance of the machine.
9. Operator training
Train operators to make them familiar with the correct operation and maintenance methods of the equipment to avoid equipment damage due to improper operation.
10. Storage environment
When the machine is not in use, it should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated environment to avoid moisture and rust.
