Jun 11, 2025
1. Keep the equipment clean
Regular cleaning: Clean the inside and outside of the Jigger Dyeing Machine regularly, especially the dye tank, pipes and nozzles, to prevent residual dyes and impurities from corroding the equipment.
Cleaning method: Use a suitable detergent for cleaning, and avoid using tools such as wire brushes and copper wire brushes to avoid damaging the protective layer on the surface of the equipment.
2. Use a suitable lubricant
Choose a suitable lubricant: Choose a suitable lubricant according to the operating environment and component requirements of the Jigger Dyeing Machine. For example, low-viscosity oil should be used for high-speed bearings, and high-temperature resistant grease should be used for high-temperature environments.
Regularly replace lubricants: Check and replace lubricants regularly according to the frequency of use and operating time of the equipment. It is generally recommended to do it every 2000-8000 hours.
3. Do a good job of rust prevention
Use anti-rust oil: For Jigger Dyeing Machine parts that have been out of service for a long time, such as bearings, it is recommended to soak them in anti-rust oil, and ensure that the humidity of the storage environment is less than 65%.
Passivation treatment: Passivation treatment on the surface of the equipment can form a protective film to prevent corrosion and rust of the equipment.
4. Control the humidity of the working environment
Keep the environment dry: Try to place the Jigger Dyeing Machine in a dry environment to avoid corrosion of the equipment in a high humidity environment.
5. Regular inspection and maintenance
Check the equipment status: Regularly check the various parts of the Jigger Dyeing Machine, especially the parts that are prone to rust, such as bearings, gears, etc., to detect and deal with rust problems in time.
Fasten the connectors: Regularly check the fasteners of the equipment to ensure their fastening and prevent corrosion caused by looseness.
