How Yarn Package Dyeing Machine Keeps Warm

1. Use a high-pressure airless sprayer to spray thermal insulation coating on the surface of Yarn Package Dyeing Machine, which will form a dense thermal insulation coating with a thickness of 1.5~5mm on the surface of Yarn Package Dyeing Machine.

2. On the vertical surfaces of all the above Yarn Package Dyeing Machines, the thickness of each thermal insulation coating is 0.23-0.25mm.

3. According to the first heat preservation method, we have the following specific steps:

(1) Remove various oil stains and protective compounds on the surface of Yarn Package Dyeing Machine.

(2) Turn on the stirring device at a temperature not lower than 21°C, and stir the thermal insulation paint in the paint bucket to a milky consistency.

(3) Use a high-pressure airless sprayer to spray the previously stirred thermal insulation coating in layers. To ensure that the thickness of each coating meets the requirements, wait until the previous coating is completely dry before spraying the next coating.
