1. To prevent friction during the dyeing process, some suitable lubricants can be used, or the running speed of the fabric can be reduced to prevent the fabric from being scratched.
2. When dyeing, if the dyeing and color fixing are not synchronized, it will cause secondary dyeing, which will destroy the uniformity of dyeing, and it is easy to produce step difference. Therefore, it is necessary to choose dyes with good compatibility for dyeing to avoid these problems.
3. The temperature of the dye bath should be appropriate, too high or too low is not good. Moreover, the heating rate should not be too fast, so as to avoid the phenomenon of color flowers.
4. The dissolution of the dye should be sufficient, and manual stirring can be carried out if necessary to prevent the phenomenon of discoloration.
