Improve dyeing on Jigger Dyeing Machine
Jul 10, 2021
To improve the color difference between the head and tail and the left, center and right of dyeing on the Jigger Dyeing Machine, it largely depends on the technical proficiency of the operator. First of all, not only must master the method of dissolving the dyestuff and fully dilute it, but also must add it on the left and right sides. After adding, use a clean bamboo stick to move along the side of the tank for 1 to 2 minutes, and at the same time stick the stick to the side of the tank. The dyestuff is flushed into the tank with water. Secondly, strictly control the heating rate when feeding or after feeding. In principle, the fabric in the cylinder goes back and forth twice, and the temperature is increased by 10-15°C. If the temperature rises too fast, the dye uptake speed will be quickened, and it is too late to play the role of the auxiliary, so that the dyeing materials adsorbed on the fabric are not equal, especially the temperature-sensitive dyeing materials, which will often cause serious color difference. Therefore, the operators should be trained to let them master the basic skills in time to ensure production. Third, the operator must grasp the status of the dye bath in the dye vat. For example, in a dye bath dyed with mixed dyes, use a white porcelain bowl to scoop a bowl of water from the dye bath to the side of the vat slowly according to the number of lanes specified by the technical department or workshop, and observe while pouring. If there is still blue or red in the residual liquid, you should find a way to dye them on the fabric, or add salt to promote the dyeing, or add a leveling agent to pull it off, depending on the specific situation. Use different chemicals to adjust the color and light to achieve the purpose of dyeing through and reducing chromatic aberration. Of course, the technical department should choose dyes with a relatively close dyeing rate when proofing, or use dyes with basically the same directness to match colors. This can improve the compliance rate of the size and sample, but also make it easy for the operator to master the dyeing process to achieve a good The dye uptake rate. When sampling for color matching, 5 blocks should be taken at the same time for color matching, that is, cut 2 blocks at 1/3 at each end and 2 blocks at the left and right sides, and then cut 1 block at the center 1/2 at the center. If these 5 pieces of color are basically the same, the dyeing of the fabric is successful, otherwise, you must take measures in time, or add a certain dye to complement the color, or add a certain auxiliary to give level dyeing (of course, it must be in the normal condition of the machine. under).
