Introduction to pre-baking and baking of HT Jigger Dyeing Machine
Jul 09, 2021
When pre-baking and baking, pay attention to avoid dyes relocation. Hot melt baking is an important stage of disperse dye transfer from cotton to polyester. According to the heat resistance of the dye, that is, the improved fastness of the dye, a suitable melting temperature and time should be selected. In actual dyeing, dye handling is not complete, and some dye remains on the cotton, causing cotton to be dyed. After dyeing, it can be treated by restoring washing or soaping. Assuming that the cotton part needs to be overprinted after hot melt dyeing, post-processing can be selected after overprinting.
The high temperature and high pressure dyeing of disperse dyes can be carried out on high temperature and high pressure jigger, jet dyeing machine and overflow dyeing machine, which is suitable for dark color dyeing. The dyeing pH is generally controlled at 5-6, and acetic acid and ammonium dihydrogen phosphate are often used to adjust the pH. In order to maintain the stability of the dyeing solution, a dispersant and a high-temperature leveling agent should be used during dyeing.
Commonly used carriers are o-phenylphenol, biphenyl, methyl salicylate and so on. Most of them are toxic and harmful to the human body, so they are rarely used at present.
