Installation environment requirements for small sample dyeing machine

1. Ambient temperature
The temperature of the installation place of the sample dyeing machine should not exceed the allowable temperature range (usually 10 to 40°C).
The temperature measurement should be carried out in the space around the color tester. If the allowable temperature is exceeded, the life of the components may be reduced.
2. Air
When installing the sample dyeing machine, please avoid dust, corrosive gas, explosive gas, flammable gas, condensation and damage from sea water.
3. Installation location
Please install the small sample dyeing machine horizontally, and the fixed panel should avoid vibration and bear the machine weight of the small sample dyeing machine.
4. Ventilation inside the enclosure
If one or more small sample dyeing machines are installed together, a ventilation fan is required. The position of the sample dyeing machine, fan and air inlet is very important, so please pay attention that the surrounding temperature does not exceed the allowable range.
