1. The installation site of the machine should be clearly defined, but before installation, the indoor space for machine operation and maintenance should be vacated in advance to facilitate the actual operation.
2. The machine should be installed on a leveled and firm foundation and fixed on the foundation with anchor screws.
3. When installing the dyeing equipment, use the equipment to check the flatness of the machine. If it is not level, it must be corrected.
4. The three-phase four-wire switching power supply of the machine should be placed in the machine wire box.
5. During the whole process of installation, the machine should be grounded to ensure the safety factor.
